From the time we researched the vehicles on the website to the text communication and then to the dealership, we were treated with courtesy, respect, understanding and more. I was told they could not troubleshoot Onstar because their computers were down and the IT Manager was out of town. I was told to come back in 2 weeks. I live out of town so that is an inconvenience. Terrible, never answers the phone and can’t get an appointment to get any recalls actually fixed.
Took longer than expected but still do quality job. Will still take to there for service.
Made an appointment, and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before they GOT to it. I was told they were short handed and it would be awhile, so I will try them again. And companies need to tell what "Getting your vehicle serviced", means to them, because to me it means to change oil, check filters, top off or add fluids to anything that needs it, check tire pressure and rotate tires. I Made an appointment for Monday September 29th for my 2018 Silverado 2500HD High country Duramax for oil change, filter, tire rotation and DEF top off. Also for them to check why my heated and ventilated front seats weren’t working.
I spent all day at the dealership. My appointment was at 830am. I was there 5 minutes prior. I did not leave until almost 5pm. Mr turner talked to me once because he seen I had been there all day. And ended up giving me a loaner truck to take home.

Jai Jones provided great customer service. There does seem to be a serious lace of technicians to complete works. I had to wait a month for an appointment & even then had to pick my car up and bring it back in another day to have it looked at.
Friendly staff and Clean facility. Service was good. We requested and was given a loaner. Glad we did as our car did take almost 3 weeks to complete. My disappointment with the service department is that my car was not even washed or vacuumed after such a long time in service. Guess we were used to this at the Cadillac dealership in Mobile Al. If this is not something Allen Cadillac provides the. Let me know and I won’t expect it. Other than this we were extremely pleased
Recently I took my car in for a navigation issue. I had an appointment for Wednesday so I dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday of the following week they still hadn't looked at my vechile. I had to call each day to get an update and each time I was told tomorrow we will look at it. Ended up taking to another dealership and issue was detected and part ordered within 24 hours after dropping off.
I took my Equinox, which I bought at Allen Turner’s, in for its first service and it was a pleasant experience. Such nice and friendly staff but very professional as well. This will be my go to place or service and repairs.
No urge or care to look for or solve the problem. Charged me to hold the vehicle to end up with no solution.

The only thing was my wife had an appointment at 12:30pm. It took 3 hrs for to get her oil changed. I don’t understand what took so long.

The service took several days because the parts were not readily available. However, once they located and received the parts they were able to complete the repair the same day.

My over all experience was better than my last one. My Cadillac was washed and I was informed why it would take longer than I expected for my service to be completed.
Enjoyable relaxed feeling dealing with Lynch Cadillac. I live closer to other dealers but Lynch Cadillac made me feel like family so the extra drive didn’t bother me at all. I would definitely use Lynch Cadillac again if I needed another vehicle.

I think this is the best service department for Cadillac in 150 mile radius however being understaffed, no loaners and long wait times and they stopped taking appointments gives them a 4 star. Definitely room for improvement
Brought my XT5 in for a routine service and oil change before traveling out of town. While rotating my tires service tech found a damaged sidewall on one of the tires. That was a great catch and possibly prevented an accident while traveling. Got the tire replaced and was good to go. First class service department and look forward to continued first class service with Lynch Cadillac.
